ORDER DEADLINES

In order to receive your order by December 25th 2020 you must order by:

  • DECEMBER 4th 11:59PM - For any made to order items using Free Econo or Express Shipping. 
  • DECEMBER 15th 11:59PM - In Stock items using free economy shipping (5-7 Days)
  • DECEMBER 18th 11:59PM - In Stock items using Priority Shipping (1-3 Days)

HOLIDAY SHIPPING DELAYS (USPS, FEDEX, UPS)

We are aware that many of our customers across the USA are experiencing delays in receiving their packages. These delays are being experienced at USPS, FedEx & UPS throughout the USA. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic carriers are experiencing immense volume of shipments along with being short staffed in their transportation depots. This is causing packages to become temporarily missing, lost, or not scanned as it makes its journey to you. We are working with our representatives at each carrier to identify packages that have become delayed. The carriers are overwhelmed with these issues and in many cases it can take 5-7 business days for us to get a response. We ask for your patience during this exceptional holiday season. Our customer support team is working around the clock to assist you in getting your orders by their expected dates. 

If you experience an unexpected delay in receiving your package you must contact us and the carrier immediately to file a claim for further information. We can not redirect or alter the status of a package once it has left our facility. Orders over $150 in value will require a signature upon delivery. Please be sure to have someone available to sign at the expected delivery date.

    • Any made to order items placed after December 4th will not be fulfilled until January of 2020. 
    • Any in-stock orders placed after December 18th 11:59 PM PST will be fulfilled in January of 2020. 
    • WE CAN NOT GUARANTEE DELIVERY DATES OR TRANSIT TIMES.
      • Due to the increased volume of online orders within the USA shipping carriers such as USPS, FEDEX, and DHL may delay your shipment without notice. Doublemoss can not guarantee delivery dates or transit times as this is outside of our control once the item leaves our facility. Be sure to keep track of your order by signing up for notifications directly from your shipping carrier of choice. If you are concerned you may not receive your package in time we suggest you select the option for Priority Shipping at checkout. Additional charges may apply.
