In order to allow our employees time with their families this holiday season we will not be processing any orders placed between December 21st & January 2nd. In order to receive your order by December 25th 2021 you must order by:
NOVEMBER 22nd 11:59PM - For any made to order items. These items will ship in mid-december.
- DECEMBER 15th 11:59PM - In Stock items using Free Ground Shipping (5-7 Days)
- DECEMBER 18th 11:59PM - In Stock items using FEDEX EXPRESS SAVER Shipping (1-3 Days)
- DECEMBER 19th-21 1:00PM PST - In stock items using ONLY FEDEX EXPRESS PRIORITY OVERNIGHT
- NO ORDERS WILL BE PROCESSED BETWEEN DECEMBER 21 2021 & JANUARY 2 2022.
Made to order items require 4-6 weeks to manufacture. You will know if an item is made to order by viewing the “add to cart” button label on the product page. If the button displays “MADE TO ORDER” the item is not in stock.
In-Stock items take 2-5 business days to process.

HOLIDAY SHIPPING DELAYS (USPS, FEDEX, UPS)
We cannot guarantee any transit times regardless if you request and pay for expedited shipping services (such as 2-day or overnight). All carriers are experiencing unoprecendant levels of inconsistency in their shipping times. We do suggest that if you are concerned about receiving your order before December 25th. please consider purchasing expedited shipping to help increase the efficiency of your delivery.
For the 2021 Holiday Season we will no longer be shipping with the USPS. Your package will arrive via UPS, FEDEX or DHL if International. Please see additional order terms and conditions prior to purchase.
If you experience an unexpected delay in receiving your package you must contact us and the carrier immediately to file a claim for further information. We can not redirect or alter the status of a package once it has left our facility. Orders over $150 in value will require a signature upon delivery. Please be sure to have someone available to sign at the expected delivery date.
IMPORTANT ORDERING NOTES
- Any made to order items placed after November 22nd will not be fulfilled until late January of 2021.
- Any in-stock orders placed after December 20th 11:59 PM PST will be fulfilled in January of 2020.
- WE CAN NOT GUARANTEE DELIVERY DATES OR TRANSIT TIMES.
- Due to the increased volume of online orders within the USA shipping carriers such as USPS, FEDEX, and DHL may delay your shipment without notice. Doublemoss can not guarantee delivery dates or transit times as this is outside of our control once the item leaves our facility. Be sure to keep track of your order by signing up for notifications directly from your shipping carrier of choice. If you are concerned you may not receive your package in time we suggest you select the option for Priority Shipping at checkout. Additional charges may apply.
