Returns & Exchanges

 

Prior to your purchase please read in detail all of the terms of our policies below.

 

RETURNS

 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS AT THIS TIME.

 

Due to the finality of the policy and the fact our fine jewelry is “made to order” we encourage you to examine our documentation on sizing and ensure you have chosen the correct size for your item(s).


EXCHANGES

You may exchange your item within seven (7) days of receiving your order if you:

(a) receive your item with what is believed to be a manufacturer defect

-or-

(b) you purchased the incorrect size.

 

In order to qualify for an exchange items MUST BE UNWORN and in the exact condition as received with all of the original packaging. You may only exchange an item due to incorrect sizing one (1) time per order. You will be responsible to pay for all shipping and insurance costs associated with an exchange. Certain fine jewelry items may not be exchanged and it remains the discretion of us to authorize any exchange.

Due to the nature of our products being custom made to order, any exchanges may take approximately 3-4 weeks to be produced and shipped to you.

 

EXCHANGE PROCESS

Step 1:

Notify us at support@doublemoss.com within seven (7) days from the time you received your shipment. After seven days you will no longer be eligible for an exchange. 

Step 2:

We will issue you a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. Do not send us items without this number.

Step 3:

Place the unworn and unused item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase and RMA number inside the shipping box. You are solely responsible for all shipping costs including insuring the item for the full replacement value. Doublemoss LLC is not responsible for damaged, lost, or undelivered shipments that you may send to us.

Step 4:

Upon receipt of your return Doublemoss LLC will analyze the item for defects. If Doublemoss LLC at its sole discretion finds your item to be defective due to manufacturer causes, you will be notified via email with the option to receive an identical item in good condition or you may choose to receive a digital store credit valid for use at doublemoss.com. If you are exchanging your item for another size you will be contacted by a sales representative once we receive your item for further instructions.
