Holiday Orders 2023

ORDER DEADLINES

To receive your order by December 25th 2023 you must follow these guidelines:  

MADE TO ORDER ITEMS ORDER BY:

• NOVEMBER 27th 11:59PM order ships by December 15th ground shipping can take 5-7 days depending on your location. Select express shipping if you need your order sooner. 

IN-STOCK ITEMS ORDER BY: 

• DECEMBER 12th 11:59PM - Select Ground Shipping and receive your order by December 25th
• DECEMBER 15th 11:59PM - Select 3-Day Shipping and Receive your order by December 25th
• DECEMBER 20th 11:59PM - Select Overnight Shipping and Receive your order by December 22nd. 

ORDERS PLACED AFTER DECEMBER 20TH WILL NOT BE FULFILLED UNTIL JANUARY 5TH 2024.

HOLIDAY SHIPPING 

During the holiday season it is not uncommon for major shipping carriers to have delayed shipments due to weather or extreme volume. For this reason we do not guarantee or warrant any shipping transit times which may be quoted here, during checkout, or within our terms and conditions. 

During the holiday season your order will be shipped with either UPS or FedEx only. We will require signature on orders over $150 in total value. Please be sure to monitor your tracking ID on the carriers website and ensure someone will be available to receive and sign for your shipment. 

If you experience an unexpected delay in receiving your package you must contact us and the carrier immediately to file a claim for further information. We can not redirect or alter the status of a package once it has left our facility. 

HOLIDAY CLOSURE(S)

In order to allow our employees time with their families this holiday season we will not be processing any orders placed between December 21st & January 3rd. We wish all of our valued customers a wonderful holiday season and happy new year!
