Items with the "Made-to-order" note displayed on their product page are subject to special terms and conditions. Made-to-order items are hand crafted just for you and take additional time to manufacture and process. Lead times are listed on each product page and are updated based on current volume. 

Special Terms & Conditions for Made-To-Order: 

• ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the handmade made to order nature of this product we do not offer returns or refunds once your order has been placed.
• Exchanges are accepted within fifteen (15) days of the receipt of your order. Certain conditions apply in order to qualify for an exchange.
